All communications were timely and clear. The driver Alejandro was waiting for us as soon as we exited the airport building and spoke excellent English. He was also knowledgeable and provided information about the city as we made our way to our hotel.

I had a great experience during the transfer. From the start, the rider showed a very professional and friendly attitude, which made the trip comfortable and safe. He was very attentive at all times, making sure I was okay and that the journey went smoothly. In addition, his driving was calm and responsible, which conveyed confidence. The vehicle was clean and in excellent condition, which contributed to a feeling of well-being throughout the tour. I would definitely recommend this service for the quality and treatment received. Excellent service and communication. Our flight was delayed overnight and they were on top of it. Leandro was punctual, assisted with luggage and was a safe driver. He was friendly and provided a lot of information on Buenos Aires.

Even though I flight was delayed, they waited for us. Got to have a peek of the city on our way in. In a new city for the first time in a country going through a lot of turmoil, we felt very safe.
