We take all our tours and transfers with Viator, and this transfer was no different. We could have transferred from our ship to the airport using their transportation, but there are so many ifs—if they call us at the time we need, if we get off the ship at the time we need, if the buses are there and ready and don’t wait until every last seat is filled and thereby making us rush or too late at the airport, etc. We greatly prefer not to worry for hours whether we’ll make our flight or not. Our driver texted early, sent us a pic of his car and license plate, showed up early and politely and quickly got us to the airport. These folks run a great operation with excellent drivers and tour guides. Use them when you can.
