Booked a transfer and they cancelled

I booked a I have their car transfer through one of the travel apps to go from the airport to my Negombo resort. A few hours after booking it, I received the WhatsApp message saying that they wanted to increase the price by US$10 otherwise they would have to cancel. No justification. However, when I complained they said I could book direct and save on the commission but it would be $6 USD more than the online advertised price. Be careful if you book with them! I still have their message if they want to dispute this review.
