Warning this cost 204.00 to go on a 15 minute trip to our hotel. Other people paid 35-50 with other companies. Totally disappointment.

In addition, one day before your trip, you will receive a confirmation email with your driver's contact number for your convenience. Warning you can get a taxi at the cruise port for 25% of the cost. We paid 204.00 for a 15 minute trip to a hotel near the airport and others who took a taxi said they paid between 35-50.

Pick up from the Cruz court who is absolutely seamless. Taxi driver provided excellent information and texted me when the ship docked. Great communication. was fully prepared for days beforehand.

Reference # 1404837085 Royal Caribbean Cruise Port to Catalonia Portal de'l Angel, Barcelona Hotel Transfer. Viator canceled this transportation and requested we rebook the reservation for a larger SUV due to the quantity of our (4) luggage bags. From 06/05-06/16 We had a total of four reservations of transportation with Viator and never once were we subjected to such a request. However, Reference # 1404837085 left us looking for transportation, via local cab/taxi service which was able to accommodate with our luggage to the Catalonia hotel. Note: We are requesting a full refund for this inconvenience. Thus the poor rating for reference # 1404837085

Prior to the scheduled service, our team contacted you multiple times to inform you that the amount of luggage specified exceeded the capacity of the vehicle booked. We requested that you make a new reservation for a larger vehicle to ensure that the transfer could be provided safely and comfortably. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response to these messages, and no new booking was made. As a result, the original reservation could not be confirmed and the service was not provided. Regarding your refund request, we can confirm that a full refund has already been processed for this booking, as the transfer service was not carried out. We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding. For future bookings, we kindly recommend reviewing vehicle and luggage capacity requirements carefully to avoid similar issues.
On time or even a bit early. Friendly service and when they realized we needed more room for our group he got us another car right away. Just a shuttle ride from port of Barcelona to our hotel.

Without exception, booking with Viator is the absolutely the best! Another glowing report for CB just a simple transfer from the cruise port to our Barcelona hotel. When I booked the transfer, I specifically stated the number of cases when I specified the headcount. In Rome, the local transportation company sent a larger van. In Barcelona, they sent 2 vans. It was awesome. Neither van was filled to capacity, so it allow for an extremely comfortable ride from the cruise terminal to our hotel. We were not charged extra for the second van and driver. That truly is taking care of your clients. Hats off to Viator for always using the best local vendors wherever our travels take us around the world.
