Our driver, Jensen, was excellent! He was very punctual, friendly, and welcoming from the moment he picked us up at the airport. During the drive to Antigua, he shared interesting facts about Guatemala, pointed out places along the way, and made the trip both informative and enjoyable. One of our favorite fun facts was that the coffee at McDonald’s in Guatemala is surprisingly some of the best around because it’s locally sourced. His local knowledge and great conversation made the ride fly by, which we especially appreciated after landing late in the day following a long flight. We highly recommend Jensen to anyone looking for reliable transportation in Guatemala. Thank you for making such a great first impression of your beautiful country!

We took this from Guatemala airport to Antigua and the return to the airport. Both drivers were promptly there. Great vans and they made it easy for me. When arriving we were delayed because our luggage took so long to be delivered and I appreciated his patience. Returning to the airport, our driver was 30 minutes early and it worked out perfectly. Both drivers communicated with WhatsApp and had no issues at all. Should I return to Guatemala, I will definitely use the service again.
