My service was from Tarragona to Barcelona’s airport and everything was excellent. The communication was great, the driver arrived 10 minutes early and informed me he was already there, the car was very clean, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!
Our transfer was small and was unable to take us on our transfer. It was cancelled and we were told it was our fault. We had to get another taxi in order to get to our destination.
Dear Christine. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. But in this case, it is your fault, you choose the cheapest transyeur for 4 people, and you have 4 large suitcases, hand luggage and backpacks. All your luggage cannot fit in a standard car. You leave on a minivan! And in your order was a standard car. We consider your review unfounded.
