Driver was on time, helpful and professional. He was very friendly and drove very well. Our issue was before and during the trip concerning communication with the main office. Only wanted to communicate thru Whatsapp. This was difficult because of misunderstandings with language/words and what our questions and issues were with vouchers, prices and trip status.
