Welcome to Cancun! We monitor your flight, so your driver will know if you land sooner or later. IMPORTANT ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS: Once you collect your luggage and clear customs, please exit the terminal building completely through the sliding glass doors. ⚠️ WARNING: Ignore timeshare vendors and "pirate" taxis that are in the aisle before departure. They will try to stop you saying they are your transport, but they are NOT our staff. Keep walking until you get outdoors. Exact Meeting Points: Terminal 2 : When you leave, find the kiosk "Grab N Go". Terminal 3 : When you leave, walk to the bar "Margaritaville". Terminal 4 : When leaving, look for the "Welcome Bar" sign. Identification : Look for our uniformed staff with the All Transfers logo holding a name sign.

Person picking us up communicated with us and picked us up at the location promised. Dropped us off right at our resort in Puerto Morales. Ice cold beer and water was an added bonus. Highly recommended this transfer service.
