From my first inquiry, I received quick and clear responses. Anna helped me schedule my round trip from Hanoi to Halong Bay. I needed to make changes and she was able to accommodate me. Mr. Tuan was kind enough to return to the airport to bring me my glasses that had fallen out of my bag. I’m very glad I used this service. Plus, the rate was reasonable.
During our trip in Vietnam we had 4 transfers with this company. We had a contact person Lily with whom we communicated through WhatsApp. She patiently answered all my questions. She was always available and gave us in time the necessary info. As an extra she helped us with a luggage issue although it took a lot of her effort. 3 of 4 transfers we had with driver Mr. Hung. This young man was always in time, drives safely and responsibly. During a long ride he stopped in time and he never was on his phone. He drove carefully, although not easy in Vietnam. We were lucky to have him as a driver. We recommend their service for a 100%.
We had excellent experience from the Hanoi Transfer Service. Ms Minh coordinated so well that we did not face any issue anywhere during the trip. We communicated in english comfortably with them.

We took two trips, one from the airport to Halong Bay and the other from Halong bay to Hanoi on another date. Both drivers( Mr. Manh and Mr, Chiu) drove safely. The vans are clean. And their booking agent, Anna, provided excellent service by staying in constant contact. She made sure we had all the driver info we needed and ensured our entire travel experience was 100% error-free. Highly recommended.
The communication with Lily from the outset was first class. She replied quickly and answered all my questions. The driving experience was great, especially on overturn with Mr. Thong. Amazing! Excellent service. Great drive and very clean cars. We even had a luxurious car with seat massage on our return. 1st class. Would highly recommend.

Excellent communication before the trip via WhatsApp. The immigration line was very long but the driver patiently waited. He was an excellent driver and the drive was comfortable and fast (it helped that it was late at night and not much traffic).
I had a very smooth experience booking with them and everything else was arranged by Lily. I booked a couple of transfers with them and the driver was always on time and dropped us on time at our requested stop. Mr Liem is the best driver. I would definitely recommend booking with them as they not only provide a good price but also an excellent overall service.
