As usual, the driver was early which for what can be a one hour drive especially on a Monday morning to the airport. Since we were able to get somewhat of a head start on the drive, we actually managed to get there quickly. The driver was very courteous.
The driver was polite and talkative. However... (1) he was late by 20 minutes, and (2) he dropped me off at the wrong airport terminal!!! I probably will not use Viator again for transportation. :(
