We will meet in the center of Florence to walk together towards Uffizi where your guide will show you unique places and tell you very curious stories about the Medici family and their obsession for power and how they have always played a central role in Florence from the Republic to the Grand Duchy until they built this majestic palace to spread their dominion over all of Tuscany.
At the Uffizi, we will admire the best of the collection of Renaissance paintings revealing unique stories about these masterpieces and the brilliant minds behind them: Leonardo; Michelangelo; Raphael; Botticelli with his "Birth of Venus" and "The Spring" among others
We will cross through the Vasarian Corridoe which remain for centuries excelusive for th eMedici family to offer them a secret pasage between their goverment and living palace
The tour will continue with an hour guided tour of the Pitti Palace which is a model for all the royal palaces of Europe, an exclusive visit to "The Palatine Gallery" to admire the richly decorated rooms filled with a collection of paintings by the greatest masters (the largest collection of Raphael in the world) with very precious art objects. At the end of the visit, guests will have free time to visit the other spaces inside the museum and visit the Boboli Gardens.
