Your guide will pick you up at the hotel to start your tour of the pyramids. All were built during the Fourth Dynasty of the Ancient Kingdom of Ancient Egypt. The site also includes several cemeteries and the remains of a workers' village. We started the tour by a stop in front of the great Pyramids of Pharaoh Cheops, which this pyramid was classified as one of the seven wonders of the ancient world, as a possibility to enter it. Then we stop in the panoramic area of the Pyramids to have a beautiful panoramic view of the three pyramids and take pictures and with the possibility of taking a short camel ride. Then we will pass on the way through the Pyramid of King Chephren and King Miquerinos until we reach the Great Sphinx.
Then proceed to visit the Great Sphinx, which dates from the time of Khafre. The Great Sphinx is on the east side of the complex. A gigantic sculpture with the body of a lion and a human head built in the time of King Khafre 2500 B.C. Discover the famous temple of the valley made of red granite in the same place where King Khafre was mummified and also in that temple where the famous Khafre statue found in the Egyptian Museum was found.

We hired a complete package of travel throughout Egypt with Mr. Hadi Salah (instagram: guia_de_egito), a very renowned and recommended guide in Egypt and super fluent in Portuguese. Very competent and polite. We left Brazil on 12/02 and returned 23/02. We stayed for a few days in Grand Cairo, where Mr. Hadi took us to all the monuments and museums, to restaurants with delicious local food, to the Coptic neighborhood, to the Khan el-Khalili market, the city of Saladin, Alabastro Mosque, the Tower of Cairo....all. Not missing, logically, the Pyramids of Giza, and the archaeological area of Sakara. We went to tapestry, clothing stores and Egyptian cotton sheets, shopping, which is also part of a good trip. We depart on a flight from Cairo to Luxor, where we embark on a cruise from Monday to Friday across the Nile River. Very good boat, with large cabin, clean and attentive staff - all inclusive. We visited Luxor, with its magnificent Temple and the Temple of Karnak. We continued sailing to Assuan, and on the way we visited the temples of Edfu and Kom Ombo. We went to the Valley of the Kings, where we entered two tombs of Pharaoh (impermanent experience). In Assuan we went to a Nubian village, and finally we went to delight with the fantastic Temple of Ramses II in Abu Simbel. Then we returned by plane from Assuan to Cairo and the next day we made a chat with Mr. Hadi in Alexandria, explended walk. All this in very safety, in cars with a lot of comfort and accommodation that did not owe anything. I loved knowing Egypt this way.

I'd like to leave a statement, because we never travel with a guide, nor private transfer, nothing. We always venture! I returned to Cairo after 8 years where I then met Hadi. This time in a family of 9 people including children, we also returned with Hadi as a guide. I came to Cairo with my wife and had a long layover which allowed me to enjoy Cairo for a day. Hadi was my tour guide and he went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had a good time. First of all, Hadi assisted us with the immigration process, he was punctual and extremely professional during our stay in Cairo. He provided us a detailed explanation of all the Pyramids, Sphinx, Saints Sergius and Bacchus Church, and the National museum. The grand finale of the tour was a boat ride at the Nile river. Hadi made sure we were safe the entire time, took several pictures for us, and even took us to an authentic store to buy papyrus. When I come back to Egypt, I won’t hesitate to reach out to Hadi again. Highly recommend !!

Hadi was an amazing guide, from my arrival in Cairo with information and assistance in the immigration process to my last minutes in Cairo. Hadi speaks perfect Portuguese, has a lot of passion for what he does and knows in detail the history of the pyramids and the Egyptian museum, in addition he is an excellent photographer and took countless photos of me with my wife. I travel a lot and often contract guide, for sure Hadi was the best guide I've ever had. I highly recommend.

The feeling of being in this place is indescribable. To touch something that has been there for 4500 years is to realize how great the civilization of ancient Egypt was. I've been into a true pharaonic work, and it's amazing to think about how human intelligence, strength, and faith could move mountains of stones in a desert. What a privilege!
