The experience of Auschwitz was life changing. As much as I knew as a Jewish person, I learned even more. There is nothing that can replace being there in person. My only suggestion is the driver needs to be more proficient in guests language! But Milan was very kind and great sense of humor!!!
Thank you very much for your thoughtful review. We’re truly glad to hear that your visit to Auschwitz was such a meaningful and life-changing experience. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the driver's English skills. We'll certainly take your comments into consideration. At the same time, we're delighted that Milan's kindness and sense of humor made your journey enjoyable. Thank you for choosing to travel with us, and we hope to welcome you again in the future. 😊
This is a quick way to do a tour of Auschwitz/ Birkenau in 1 day from Prague. But it is very expensive so if you have time I would suggest you take a train and stay in Krakow for a couple nights and take the tour from there. I did that the first time and you get to see Krakow also with only a short drive to Auschwitz.
Thank you very much for your review. We agree that visiting Auschwitz from Kraków is more time- and cost-efficient, as the museum is located much closer to Kraków than to Prague. The departure city, however, is clearly specified in the tour description, which is why the travel distance should not come as a surprise. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and hope that you were satisfied with our service overall. Thank you for traveling with us
Our driver was amazing, the communication was fantastic. When we got to Auschwitz he showed us where to go and what to do for both sites. I'd recommend this way of doing this trip from Prague, it was money well spent.
It was a long ride but well worth it. Redek was amazing and got us to Auschwitz with time to spare. You will not regret taking this trip.
Thank you for your kind words! We’re so pleased to hear you felt the trip was worth it and that Radek made the journey smooth and timely. We’ll be sure to share your praise with him—he’ll be delighted. We’re glad you had a meaningful visit and appreciate your recommendation.
We traveled from Prague so we gad a private car pick us up. Our driver Radek was wonderful and very professional. He contacted us a day before to verify information and pick up times. He was right on time and respectful. Radek gave a us a short history lesson as we drove in Poland giving us more than just transportation to Auschwitz. Once at Auschwitz, Redek walked us to the entrance and explained how the tour would go which gave us comfort in know what to expect The tour was well planned, giving important information and all done in our native language We were very happy with our time and experience
We took a private car from Prague to Auschwitz, which was a 5.0 hr drive, which I really dreaded, but our wonderful driver, Radek, made it easy. He made necessary breaks without us asking, he was clear and precise about meeting points, and what to expect on the tour, AND with his 10 years of driving to this tour, he was almost as knowledgeable as the tour guides. Once in the camp, the process was seamless. Our guide was amazing, and even though it was very crowded, there was never any crowding or stalls and delays. It was a solemn, sad tour, as expected, but I highly recommend. It was especially nice to see a lot of young students taking the tour. Let us never forget.
This was an amazing experience with a knowledgeable well spoken guide Joanna. I felt her passion and commitment to educate us with detail and prospective. Somehow she made it ok to accept that we may never truly comprehend this evil. This 5 hour ride to and from Prague to Auschwitz and back to Prague all in one day was safe and comfortable. Compliments to Mark for being professional and cordial. Don’t let the long ride stop you from enriching your mind and spirit
