We had a wonderful tour from Geneva to Annecy in a lovely sky-top small bus. The tour itinerary was great, but the very best part was our driver/guide David. His insightful and interesting and entertaining dialogue was greatly appreciated. We increased our knowledge about the area and the city of Annecy. It was the best tour i have ever taken.
Thank you, Dorothy, for your lovely feedback! We’re delighted to hear you had such an exciting day and appreciated the professionalism and care of your tour guide. You’re absolutely right about the mountain conditions—layered clothing is always a good idea up there. We’re also glad you noticed the cleanliness and enjoyed the overall experience. We hope to welcome you again with Keytours for another memorable adventure
I and my wife had unforgettable moments in Annect. Our Guide My mom and I had an amazing day in Annecy. Our guide, David and the driver, Tom, were wonderful and very helpful. This is a great tour. We recommended it.
Dear guest, Thank you so much for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear that you and your wife, as well as you and your mom, had unforgettable moments in Annecy. It's wonderful to know that David and Tom made your experience even more enjoyable. We truly appreciate your recommendation and hope to welcome you back on another tour in the future! Regards
To be honest, we felt a bit cheated. We were advised that the tour would be for 5 hours, but were not aware that the 5 hours would include transport time which left us really with about 3+ hours for the tour. Before you know it, we had to leave. Secondly, we asked for a guide (English) but only the driver arrived to get us, and while he spoke good English, he was NOT a tour guide. So we really completed the tour simply by using our own observations (information provided at the various locations) and Google. For the amount we paid US$700 for two, there was absolutely zero value. Our driver was friendly and sociable but that hardly made up for the experience. So make sure you know beforehand, what you’re signing up for. Overall this was a disappointment.
Good morning, thank you for your review. We are sorry you felt disapointed. The tour is sold as a half day tour of 5 hours, it does includes the transport. You chose the option of the driver guide. The private transportion is costly in Switzerland, we are sorry you found it expensive. We are again sorry for the inconvenient, We wish you a nice holiday
Great guide, Thomas!!! City was beautiful, but a bit crowded/very touristy. Happy that we included in our stay in Geneva.
Good morning Thank you very much for the message, it motivates us to continue giving our best. Annecy is beautiful, a city nestled between mountains and lake. Kind regards
My mom and I had an amazing day in Annecy. Our guide and driver, Hector and Thomas, were wonderful and so nice. We took a boat ride with incredible views. This is a great tour. Highly recommend.
Hello, We are very glad you enjoyed the trip and that you found the guide and driver so helpful! We will pass this on to them. Regards, KeyTours Team
A quick 1/2 day stop over before entering Switzerland. It is a gem of a place dominated by the huge lake and surrounded by bars and restaurants of great quality . It’s a very nice place to visit and popular with tourists.
Good afternoon Geneva is a magical city, full of history and people from all over the world. We at Keytours will always be happy to make your stay in Geneva more pleasant. Thanks a lot. Kind regards Keytours
Trip was not worth the money Better to get an user or go with group Driver was nice however only spent 20 minutes with us
Good morning, thank you for your review. We are sorry you feel disapointed. The private tour gives you chance to chose timings and have your own transportation. We hope you enjoyed the old town.
The tour guide (zahra) was amazing, she was helpful and informative.. the transportation was in a big comfortable bus , and they offer some cheese and crackers.. the tour was for 5 hours( from 10 -3), but literally we stayed in anncey for 3 hours only.. I was shocked and sad.. I paid 690$ for 2 person for 3 hours only.. The bus moved from geneva at 10, reached annecy at 11, stayed until 2, at 3 I reached my hotel.. my tour at annecy was from 11 - 2 ( 3 hours) If I knew about this, I wouldn't book for the tour..
Good morning, thank you very much for your review. We will pass the message to Zara, it's a 5 hours tour in totel From Geneva and back to Geneva, othewise we would advertise 7 hours. You paid a gid amount because you had a private tour with your private van to Annecy on the timing you choose, pick up at the hote. It's cheaper if you take a public tour. We still hope you enjoyed the day. Best regards
Medieval city 💖 beautiful.. To walk, drink and eat typical products especially 🧀 cheeses.... Its canals, souvenir stands and bridges make the city a charming and romantic place. Must see its lake, and a swim in glacier waters of its magnificent beach.....
A very nice city but cyclists are very dangerous! Many bikes speed despite the bike paths that pose a serious danger to pedestrians! What a pity that there are not more controls ‘
Bonjour, nous sommes heureux que vous ayez appréciez Annecy. Nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas arrêter les cyclistes et nous regrettons que notre note soit associé à u n problème externe. Bonnes fin de vacances
