Itinerary
Meet your private driver outside your centrally located Dubrovnik hotel. Relax on your short trip to the Pile Gate where you will meet your private guide for a walking tour of Dubrovnik.
Hop out of your vehicle at Pile Gate, and set off on a walking tour of the Old Town with your guide. Stroll down the elegant main street, the Stradun, also known locally as Placa. Along the way, see Onofrio’s Fountain, admire the Franciscan Monastery — containing a restored sculpture Michelangelo’s La Pietà and a 14th-century cloister — and pass by the Church of St Blaise, Dubrovnik’s patron saint. You’ll also see the Baroque-style Cathedral of the Assumption and the impressive Orlando’s Column. After your 1-hour private walking tour, take up to 2 hours of free time in Dubrovnik before meeting with your driver.
After your walking tour, return to your private vehicle and continue to Mt Srđ, the 1,352-foot (412-meter) mountain that towers over the city. At the summit, enjoy free time to absorb the views of Dubrovnik’s terracotta-tiled rooftops and the Dalmatian Coast, including the island of Lokrum and the distant Elaphite Islands. Have your camera ready; on a clear day, you can see sights up to 37 miles (67 km) away. When the time comes, join back up with your guide and vehicle, and return to central Dubrovnik, where your tour concludes with a drop-off back at your hotel.

Was told 3 hours and lasted 2 hours. Guides English wasn't great, showed us very little and we were disappointed.
Tour operator changed my tour the day before tour from 9 am to 12 noon. When i realized this happened the tour operator offered no solutions or apologizes. I would never use this company! Very poor business. It ruined the rest of my plans for the day.
Loved the city and the history behind it. The driver was great and very accommodating. The tour guide was knowledgeable but was speaking relatively flat.
Super Tours was the worst tour operator we dealt with in Croatia. This panoramic Dubrovnik tour is not as advertised. Describing this as a4 hour tour is false advertising! This walking tour was barely an hour long, followed by over 1.5 hours of "free time". This is basically time left alone by yourself, with no suggestions or recommendations, after the tour guide leaves you alone after less than 1 hr tour ends, before the private car is supposed to pick you up. The private tour car never came on time, and we did not get to go up Mt. Srd to get the view as advertised. This tour ended prematurely after 1 hr and was never completed. The tour operator did nothing to remediate the situation, and refused to provide a refund, discount, or alternative tour to make up for their shortcomings and not competing their tour as advertised. Additionally, they were difficult to deal with, and changed the itinerary with little notice: After confirming the pick up location 2 hours before the private tour was supposed to start, they changed the pick up location less than 15 min before the tour started. Then, when the car was supposed to pick up us up after the 1.5 hour of unadvertised unscheduled free time, the pick up location was again changed with no warning, the driver was over 20 min late, and then did not take us up the mountain for the view, nor did it drive us back to the hotel! I would advise no one to ever book any tour with Super Tours ever! Unorganized, false advertising, unscheduled free time that is not described in the itinerary, and horrible customer service!
Karmen was amazing. Very knowledgeable guide and very skillful managing teenagers...had a great time!
We had a very good four-hour private Dubrovnik tour with Super Tours, which we booked through Viator. Our tour of Old Town and the nearby hills consisted of two parts: first, a one-hour walking tour of Old Town guided by Carmen, and subsequently a drive to the top of the cable car line in a cushy Mercedes sedan driven by Matteo. The entire experience lasted from about 9:45 AM to 1:45 PM, and we were glad to get an early start because it gets really hot in Dubrovnik in July. Carmen was extremely knowledgeable about Dubrovnik's history, and at our request went beyond the parameters of her talk on the area's origins to extensively discuss the recent civil wars that have affected Croatia. We visited the historic highlights of the beautiful old town, then had an hour and a half to ourselves to explore at our leisure before being picked up right on time by Matteo to drive up into the hills for panoramic views of the city. Matteo was particularly personable and very knowledgeable as well. While this part of the tour was primarily scenic vistas, Matteo was very pleasant company and told us about interesting current events in the region. It was a good way to get an overview of the city during our brief visit, and if we had been staying longer we would have liked to have gone on their full-day tour to Bosnia and Herzegovina, which sounds appealing.
Absolutely excellent tour because our guide was outstanding!! She was professional, knowledgeable and very clear in her commentary.
Our guide was very knowledgeable, well spoken, professional and made the tour very interesting with her comments and insights. Our driver who took us to the site and toured us after the tour of Dubrovnik, was excellent also.

We came to Dubrovnik from a cruise ship. It was convenient for us since the local tour company can pick up us at cruise terminal and brought us back at a later time long after the Old town tour finished so that we have time to ourselves to explore and linger. The driver and the guide are both excellent.

we were approached in Dubrovnik directly at the cruise terminal of City Tours (with panoramic bus), in short we decided to book the excursion, we could freely choose the duration of the excursion; we looked at the beautiful city, quickly enjoyed another swim in the Mediterranean and were then picked up on time at the agreed meeting, then we continued to beautiful viewpoints, we were very satisfied with this tour, the driver, Mirko was in a good mood and tried to tell us as much as possible about his country in German
