There is so much to see and to do it without a guided tour for the average person is overwhelming. Pam was a wonderful guide with so much knowledge. She explained in great detail what we were looking at. We had a personal tour and it was worth every penny!
Amazing and loved Marco! He told wonderful stories about the history of the Pitti Palace, the Medici Family and all the wonderful paintings.
This is a late review, but want to give our wonderful tour guide, Leticia, her due. My daughters and I took this private tour mid-July 2024 on our last morning in Florence and it was worth every penny. Leticia was impressive with her vast knowledge of all the paintings, frescos and history at Pitti Palace. She was also very pleasant and friendly to talk to. It was sad to leave the beautiful city of Florence and this tour stood out on our two-week trip to Italy and Switzerland. We were asked if they could use some of our pics for the travel website and we obliged. Don’t hesitate to book the tour!
Private tour of Pitti Palace. Guide was very knowledgeable and connected the dotes between other Medici palaces. Focused on progression of art.
Great tour of Pitti Palace. Our tour guide, Ilaria, was fantastic! She was very knowledge and engaging, as well as friendly and professional. She shares a lot of fun tidbits about Florence that we had not heard yet on other tours and we really enjoyed the seeing the architecture and furniture in the palace along with more artwork. And getting entrance into the Boboli Gardens at the end of our tour to spend as much time at our leisure was a great plus. We definitely enjoyed walking around the gardens.
Cristano was an excellent guide who gave us lots of details about Pitti palace, the art on display and history of the building. Super time!
Less common of tours and can be done without help but despite this we all found it quite nice. Great guide.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Very informative. i would definitely recommend this tour.
Our family had a private tour with Sylvie to see the Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens. Unfortunately it started pouring with rain so we missed the gardens but really enjoyed the palace. Sylvia was interesting and knowledgeable and not just reading a script. Would thoroughly recommend going here and having Sylvie as your guide.
This was a nice tour, however it doesn't give you access to the bedroom and living areas. A lot of art details and kept talking about the Medici family, but didn't see much of the Medici in paintings. The palace and gardens were beautiful, but it was a self tour as the guide doesn't continue into the games. She pointed out some interesting details we would've missed.
