I hesitated to review our trip because I've forgotten our tour guide's name. But he was courteous and helpful above and beyond. Views and places visited are either things I allways wanted to do or thing's I didn't know I wanted to do. As a Mexican, the house and tomb of JA Jimenez is a must do, the historic value of Dolores, and the amazing views of San Miguel de Allende are memories to be cherised.
It was a good trip even though it was a lot of driving. We did go to several different locations. I spent a lot of money buying our lunches and wine tasting. I was fine with all of that. The thing that was not right was that he made me buy my and his ticket to the silver mine. I paid over $260 usd for this excursion and he could not pay 50 pesos for my ticket to see the silver mine.
Fabricio gave us great historical information, fun food experiences and interesting stops. He was very friendly and accommodating.
The car was in bad conditions, the back light was broken and the front of the car was damaged, inside the car was very dirty, , the tour was ok, the driver showed us different places and he had very good recommendations to eat and take pictures, they need improve the cars at least have a clean car and to be presentable for the tourists. I was cold in the car and I was afraid to ask if the car had a/c with heater because the car was in such a bad condition.
Thank you for your feedback. We work every day to continue improve. We care about our costumers and will take action to verify it. We hope to see you soon.
Fabri was the tour guide. He was super informative and friendly! This was a full day tour and he kept us engaged the entire day! I had my elderly mom with me who has trouble walking sometimes and he helped her in and out of the car. He would drop us right in front of the museums or churches so she would not need to walk. He would run and get the car for her as well. We had taken a taxi to Guanajuato from San Pancho an hour away. After the tour he drove us directly to the hotel in San Pancho so we wouldn't need to wait on a taxi. When I return I will definitely be using this service again. Excellent work!
We are happy to provide you with this kind of experience. we hope to see you soon
Fabricio picked us up in the city of Guanajuato, and we were off for our “Independence Tour”. I named it so, because we visited many of the places that were important during the Mexican War of Independence. If like me, you are interested in understanding this war, the cultural of Mexico, and want to see more of the state of Guanajuato, you should go on this tour. Fabricio clearly explains the importance of each place. He included some side stops so we could sample some traditional foods. Along the way he gave us options of what we wanted to do. We appreciated his flexibility. We learned so much about life in Mexico from our conversations with him. We spoke in Spanish, but he also speaks English well. My female friend and I felt totally comfortable and safe with Fabricio. I highly recommend this tour.
We are happy to provide you with this kind of experience. we hope to see you soon.
Great trip! Our driver Fabricio was a lot of fun, very knowledgeable, and had great recommendations. Took this trip with a family of 4 and it was the perfect way to see some sites outside of Guanajuato City.
We are happy to provide you with this kind of experience. we hope to see you soon.
Jacob, the owner of the company was awesome...I needed transportation between San Miguel de Allende and Guanajuato and transportation from Guanajuato to Leon and ultimately the airport for my flight out. So I had 2 separate legs of transportation... wanted to see sights along the way and he was so accommodating. He showed me some wonderful sites between cities and we enjoyed eating at some of the local places. I will definitely remain in contact with Jacob and when I come back to the area I will use his services
thank you for your feedback
Jacob (our tour guide) provided exceptional service. The vehicle was clean and comfortable. He is very friendly and engaging. He escorted us when on walking tours of the various towns and cities. Also, he has a broad and deep knowledge of the histories of each town/city. I highly recommend this service!
