The driver never showed up, tried calling, messaging, no response. Finally called Viator and they said the driver was never notified. Viator has issued a full refund. Should have paid attention to the other reviews. Lesson learned.

Excellent service Greeted on arrival, vehicle was clean and spacious. Very friendly driver. Return journey was on time. Great communication pre-departure using WhatsApp . I strongly recommend Welcome Pickups
Direction "El golfo" we pass the "salines of Janubio" then make a stop to discover "la lagoon verde" whose color contrasts with the black sand (parking at the entrance) + restaurant. A little further we reach "Los hervideros" where the sea rushes into the volcanic caves
We had a wonderful trip through the magical and mysterious sights of Lanzarote. Our driver was very helpful , especially given the mobility issues of one member of our group. The van was spacious, the driver very helpful and courteous. We would recommend this excursion to anyone who would prefer a private tour based on specific needs and interests rather than a big bus tour. Thank you for a great adventure.
