Our local guide, Laura, was FABULOUS! We did this tour on our first full day in Florence, which turned out to be great idea. That's because Laura gave us a general tour of the city in addition to visiting the Palazzo Vecchio and other "Inferno" highlights. We truly enjoyed this private and insightful tour.
it was really nice to complement what we had already seen. it is a private walking tour that did not include any indoor movie sites. we had to request to see the map of Armenia etc, for an additional fee to the museum. but because it was only us we could easily do that as the guide was very accommodating.
