Our group is 15 people, 7 of which are young kids. This was perfect for us because of the flexibility of the private group. We changed our pickup time from 7am to 8am, so that we had time to have breakfast before the 2 hour drive to Tulum. The adults enjoyed the tour in Tulum but it was too hot for little kids 3-5 years old. The lunch at the local restaurant was very good. The tour in Coba was wonderful, we rented bikes. Little kids were on the tricycles with local drivers. The last stop was swimming in cenote. It was at the end of the day and we had the cenote all to ourselves. The water was so clear and beautiful, we also saw many small fish. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Our tour guide Chippa was very professional and kind. Definitely worth the higher cost especially when you have little kids.
Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed overview of your stay through this means. Our passengers’ feedback is genuinely appreciated in our constant commitment to improving our service levels.
Our driver Fernando was amazing. Our guide Ariane was so great and very knowledgeable about the ruins!! We loved every minute of it! Thank you both again.
This private tour was great. It was customized to our timeline, we did not feel rushed at all. Our guide was very knowledgeable and delightful to be with. The buffet lunch was delicious. We swam in an amazing cenote and our guide snapped amazing pictures for us. This private excursion was well worth the price.
In every way, this was amazing. Arianna shared her knowledge and passion for culture with us, and flying on the rickshaw bikes through Coba was so peaceful. So was the tranquil, underground cenote, as was our driver Fernando. It was all truly spectacular! Thank you.
Fernando was a great tour guide. He was full of information answering all questions. The driver was safe and got us to all the places. I would highly recommend the tour was private and avoided large crowds. It’s all day and things went smooth.
This was absolutely the best way to tour Coba and Tulum! Joseline could not have been a better guide (we learned so much from her) and Luis was an excellent driver. We had a smooth, laid back pace and the lunch stop was delicious! Thank you so much for a great day trip. Would completely recommend to anyone.
We sincerely look forward to welcoming you back on a future occasion and providing you with the exceptional quality and service that characterizes our experiences. Thank you for recommending us.
Exceptional excursion with our guide Alvaro and driver Roger, took us to the real Mayan world, with a great explanation and visiting the Mayan village, an unforgettable experience.
Excellent tour. We loved our guide, Fernando. A big bus trip would’ve been miserable, so this was worth the high price tag. Take more cash than you think. Bike rental at Coba and drinks (even water) at lunch were extra charges. Also be aware it’s really an 11-12 hour day depending on traffic, even though the description says 7-8 hours.
Thank you very much for sharing your wonderful experience during this incredible tour. We will send your kind comments to your guide. We hope you have taken with you an incredible experience.
Tour guide is good. Driver is on time. I don’t like the way that you want me to write more in this comment. I don’t have time to write more.!
Thank you very much for your kind comments, and we are sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused you, we hope you have been able to enjoy this wonderful activity.
The tour with Guillermo was fantastic! He has such a wealth of knowledge on a wide variety of topics such as history, biology and other sciences, which really enriched our tour experience. Both he and our driver Luis were extremely professional, punctual, and friendly. Seeing the history at both the ruins of Tulum and Coba was incredible, but riding bikes through the jungle of Coba was absolutely the highlight of our vacation. Going to the cenote afterwards to cool off was nice as well, and it has some really cool stalactites inside. We are grateful to have had the chance to have this experience and can’t recommend it enough! It’s definitely worth it to do the private tours…you won’t regret it! Thanks again to Guillermo and Luis 😊
