For Hobbiton Movie Set tours, due to the high demand for tickets during the high season, we need to confirm ticket availability with Hobbiton first. If the tickets are unavailable or sold out, we will notify you immediately that the Hobbiton tour cannot proceed. In such cases, you are welcome to choose one of our other tours if you wish. Please be aware that this is a booking request. We will be in touch as soon as possible following your booking time to confirm your tour. Your guided tour starts with a drive through picturesque 1,250 acre sheep farm with spectacular views across to the Kaimai Ranges. Take a look at Bag End, where Frodo and Bilbo’s adventures began. Get lost among the hobbit holes and visit the Green Dragon Inn, the mill and the Party Tree.

Mike was wonderful. Attentive and on time. Easy meeting point at the Intercontinental Hotel right across the street from the cruise ship port terminal. I would book with Mike again. He was very informative about the area as well.
