Poor communication: It wasn’t clear that the driver or the company would communicate via What’s app., although I checked the app several times, I didn’t see any message from them until after we sought help. We waited almost an hr.outside of baggage claim before we went looking for help from another company’s representative, who contacted Siam Erawan Travel for us. If the The Conant hotel representative hadn’t helped us locate Siam Erawan Travel, we would still be waiting! The driver was very polite and got us to the hotel safely.
