Walking tour

Good idea to have a map as well as some of the instructions were a little vague and we needed to clarify the exact turns for example

Walked at our own pace to each site.

Getting started technically was complicated but once we were correctly downloaded all was good . We appreciated knowing more about the history of the area.

Did not work well at all

This was a good idea that didn’t work well at all. It said it would locate us if we took a wrong turn but we got off track quickly trying to understand the directions but it never found us. After 20 minutes we gave up on it because couldn’t find anything it mentioned

Operator response

We are contactable by both telephone and email, so if you have technical difficulties, please reach out to us so we can identify what is going wrong. Again, I'm sorry about the poor experience you had. Best, Helene
