Meeting Point • Airport Meeting Point:(We will stay until 2 Hour after your Flight reach) International Flight:Gate 2 outside the building for 2 Hour Domestic Flight:Gate 1 Outside the building for 2 Hour • Hotel Meeting Point : Lobby (Driver will stay in the lobby at your expected time for 30 Minutes) Meeting Step: After collecting your luggage, please proceed to the area beside Gate 2 and look for the sign with your name under the green elephant logo. Confirm your arrival with the pickup point staff, who will then contact the driver to meet you. Please note that drivers are waiting in the parking lot and may need to queue to enter/exit, which typically takes 10-15 minutes. Hotel:Our driver will stay in the lobby at the exact time you choose and will stay for 30 Minutes.

I must preface this review by saying that I am a pretty chill guy and have given every other taxi and Grab (about 40 trips in the past 2 weeks) a 5 start rating on this trip. We started out our night driving to HKT airport from our hotel about an hour away in Phuket. About 10 minutes in, my wife and I looked at each other, and in all seriousness, told each other we loved each other as I had estimated our chances of dying at about 28%. We came to this realization after our driver had already honked at about 10 other cars for accidents which he almost caused. We were swerving and changing lanes about 30 times a minute as he would aggressively mutter at the cars which we were passing (road rage much??) At one point, we looked and were going 120kpm in a 50kph zone. I must admit, as someone who may average 8mph over in the US (no tickets to date!!), I am not against driving efficiency….however, the driving tonight did unfortunately feel reckless. We accepted our fates and sent some loved ones our goodbyes. There was no communicating with our driver as he spoke no English (which has been fine our entire trip when we were not in fear for our lives). Additionally, the radio was on the entire time (MAX volume) leaving us to wonder if that is what caused our headaches or if we had been dropped on our heads earlier in the day leading to memory loss. HOWEVER, I leave 2 stars as we did eventually make it to the airport (THANKFULLY). We now leave Thailand with a renewed sense of hope and a renewed appreciation for the driving laws and enforcement back in the United States.

However, in this case, we truly understand that the driver’s driving style was too fast and made you feel unsafe and uncomfortable, and this is absolutely not the experience we want our guests to have. We are also not satisfied with this driver’s behavior. We have already spoken to him seriously and required immediate improvement. At the moment, he is under strict internal monitoring, and if there is any similar complaint again, we will take further action, including termination. The driver had great communication. He let me know where to meet him early in the day, so the pick up felt very organized. He definitely drove fast, but after flying for 21 hours, I was ready to get to the hotel.

The driver contacted us in advance, and we met up quickly. He politely helped us with our luggage, and the car was very clean and tidy, much cleaner than the car that picked me up in Phuket last time. He also recommended many good restaurants along the way. We are very grateful to the driver.
The company reached out to me via WhatsApp prior to arrival to confirm flight info for arrival times and hotel information. I landed early and was a little confused of where exactly to meet the driver but they sent a message confirming where I needed to go and sent a photo to help get me to the right place.
Everything went smoothly including communication throughout the whole process. They were waiting outside and ready to go
ImpressionSiam is very unreliable. We looked for the driver for over one hour and finally gave up. This company is not known at the airport. Once we arranged a new service the driver finally showed up. When we advised him that we had made other arrangements he became very aggressive. We have cancelled our return trip and expect a full refund for both legs.
It was well organized and car was very good. Traffic was terrible at 5.30pm but driver was patient. Can recommend.
I booked this company for arrival and departure transfer. When came time for my pick up on arrival they screwed up the records and had me scheduled from departure. After explaining and providing clear proof that their information was incorrect they refused to accommodate my reservation.
