Pick Up From The Airport: Upon arrival and after clearing custom, go outside to the arrival area. Use the first door on the right, exiting the terminal at the Information Desk. Once outside, look to the right, a Representative will be waiting for you holding a "Ultimate Excursions Tours and Taxi Service" sign with your name printed on it.

What a great company! Very reliable and easy to talk to. Booked a round transportation from Montego Bay airport to the resort. Drivers showed up on time and were all friendly. They contact you via WhatsApp prior to the trip to make sure everything is all set and ready. Very thorough explanation of what to do when arrive at the airport and he also reminded about submitting the C5 form before arriving in Jamaica. Highly recommend!! A++ company!

Navar is amazing. He is very nice, professional and extremely accommodating. He patiently waited for us to get through customs, which took over an hour.

The pickup and transfer to/from the airport and JOIA Iberostar resort for the two of us was flawless on both trips. Van was clean and comfortable. The AC felt good. Drivers were friendly, professional, and Informative. We would use Ultimate Excursions again.

They called a few days at a time to confirm the flight. Amazing driver Shamoi! He had a sign with my name on it. The flight was late. He stayed and waited. The van was very clean with good AC and he had amazing conversation about some of his favourite local spots. Very friendly very helpful would definitely recommend for other families.

This was a fantastic way to get to our resort! I wish I could remember our drivers name. When we exited the terminal, we weren’t sure where to go. Our driver was holding up a card with our names, so that was a huge relief. The driver instructed us to meet him nearby as he was going to get his vehicle. Once loaded, we drove to the resort. The ride was comfortable and informative as he gave some history and information about the area. We would definitely do this again.
