Meeting point: (ARRIVAL) *Meet & Greet: Our representative will holding a sign with your lead name on it. • International arrival flight: will meet at International Terminal EXIT# no.2) Out-side the building. • Domestic arrival flights: will meet at Domestic Terminal EXIT# no.1) in-side of the building. *ARRIVAL TRIP INSTRUCTIONS* 1. Looking for the WELCOME SIGNAGE@MEETING POINT 2. You will meet and greet by our representative. 3. Representative will call your driver. 4. Your driver will drive through from parking area to service you in about 7-10 minutes. 5. Your driver will be pick you up at your terminal and Go direct to your hotel accordingly. *Important* In case your FLIGHT [Base on Booking] has been Changed/Delayed or Canceled. Please kindly advice as soon as possible or at least 3 hours before Flight Arrival estimated Landing.

- Standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered 2 pieces, (surfboards, golf clubs, bikes, wheelchair, baby strollers, etc.) may be subject to certain restrictions. Please enquire and inform with the local tour operator prior to your travel date
- We provide 1 child seat (front facing) for FREE available on request, The extra child seat will be charged 300 Thai Baht /seat., paid in cash directly to the driver. Please note that all requests are subject to availability. In case of unavailability, the local operator will inform you before service date
- Important: Infants and children must be included in the passenger headcount.
- Please note: The date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date (e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 April, please select 1 April)
- Transfer Duration: About 1 hour or 1 hour an a half, it will depend on Hotel location and traffic.
- Airport pick ups, Pricing includes 90 minutes -1.30 hour of waiting from the time you flight lands. however if any unexpected situation arises then the wait will be extended valid for passengers who contact if get trouble with luggage or Immigration line.
- Cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
