I am extremely disappointed with this tour. I paid $400 expecting a guided sightseeing experience, but it was a complete waste of money. The guide did not explain anything throughout the tour. Not a single comment or piece of information was provided. We simply sat on the boat looking at buildings with no history, no facts, and no guidance whatsoever. To make matters worse, it took 45 minutes just to get out of the port and another 45 minutes to get back in, leaving very little actual sightseeing time. On top of that, we were charged an additional $70 for the captain, which should have been included in the original price. Charging extra for something so essential feels misleading. This experience felt like a scam. I expected a professional guided tour and received almost nothing in return. Shame on Viator for allowing experiences like this to be sold on their platform. I would never recommend this tour to anyone.
