Private Hiking Adventure to the Little Adam’s Peak And Nine Arches Bridge.
Description
this tour, you take part in an approximate 2-hour round-trip hike up Little Adam’s Peak accompanied by a qualified guide sharing interesting information about tea plantations, fauna, and flora. This mountain has an elevation of 1141 m above sea level, and gains its name from its similarity of shape to the famous Adam’s Peak, the fifth tallest mountain in Sri Lanka. The summit of the mountain has great panoramic views, especially in the morning when you will be hiking. Also take an approximately 40-minute walk through woodlands to the famous Nine Arches Bridge, This incredible historical viaduct built entirely from stone, bricks and cement (with no steel) was created in the British era of Sri Lanka. It spans a space of over 300 feet and has a height of approximately 100 feet. You will be able walk along the railroad passing over the bridge, and listen to your hiking guide explain the history and stories about Nine Arches. . .

My friend and I wanted to do a sunrise hike of Little Adam’s peak and the tour did not disappoint. We were picked up on time at our hotel and the hike itself was better than expected. Jeewa our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and we were the first at the top which allowed us to get a good spot and enjoy the peace and quiet at that time and watch the whole duration of the sunrise. Jeewa also brought water and headlights and came well equipped. Took fabulous photos of us also. 10/10 recommend.

Our tour guide Jiwa was excellent! He arrived at our hotel right on time and was incredibly informative, friendly, and helpful. As non-hikers, we really appreciated the relaxed pace and never felt rushed. Jiwa knew all the stops perfectly, ensuring we made it on time to catch both trains without any stress. Plus, he was an excellent photographer! Highly recommend to book this company!

It was an excellent trip, we took the tour to the little Adam's peak in morning. The tour guide (Rizhan or something similar) went on time to pick us up, he was so nice and friendly, he patiently wait for us and took us to the place answer our questions and took us amazing pictures and videos,

The most memorable was the kindness of our guide Jeewa. He was simply perfect. help me out to find any solutions. The hike and the bridge was very nice but with such a good company it’s so much better.

Really great experience and tour with Jeewa! He brought us to the Nine Arch Bridge and later to the Little Adam's Peak. It was a bit misty that day, so we decided to extend our visit and Jeewa picked us up at our hotel in the afternoon. He told us a few things about Ella and recommended other places to go. Would really recommend going on this tour with Jeewa, since he also takes incredible photo's and video's!

Our family had a wonderful experience biking, hiking and visiting the tea factory with Dinu (our guide) and Ella Excursion Tours. The area is gorgeous, Dinu is such a knowledgeable and caring guide who goes the extra mile to make the experience wonderful. We signed up for a second day because we enjoyed ourselves so much! We have teenage sons and they also had a blast. Recommend very highly for great guiding, physical activity and learning / seeing the beauty of the Ella region.

We did the three icons tour with Rukshan and it was fantastic. It was a big day but we took our time and enjoyed nine arch bridge and Adams peak. Along the way we spotted so much wildlife and he knew all the names. He also had great English and great sense of humor. We were able to talk about local History and culture. He also introduced us to betel, which was a great experience! Some fitness is good for all the walking but we didn’t find it too difficult or hot. We also drank tea from Coconuts which was fun! Overall I highly recommend this, especially if you want to relax and see Ella from a locals perspective!
