This was easily one of the best experiences of my trip. The food we cooked was honestly the best food I had in Hanoi, and I loved that I could recreate authentic Vietnamese dishes from scratch. The cooking space was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and equipped with high-quality utensils, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable. Chef Lyon was friendly, patient, and explained every step clearly. The location is also very convenient—just a 5-minute drive from Hanoi Old Quarter, so it's easy to reach without spending much time in traffic. The market visit was a great introduction to local ingredients and Vietnamese food culture before the cooking session. Everything was well organized, including the hotel transfers.
