From the very beginning of outlining this private half day tour, the communication was excellent and the details were provided in a friendly and efficient way. We had a number of questions which were promptly addressed. Hai, our tour guide, was prompt, even early, spoke very good English and always engaged us in a pleasant and friendly manner. It was clear he wanted us to learn and enjoy. Which we very much did. Highly recommend
On the recommendation of friends we were recommended a tour with shark (which was our guide) and we can only recommend it to anyone! Shark speaks perfectly understandable English and is a great organizational talent. Our tour much on the 30.04 (50. The city was crowded and the streets were jammed. Thanks to Hai and our driver we got through everywhere well, never had to wait long at museums and sights and so we had enough time to look at everything in peace and let Hai explain it to us. That it was also our first full day in Hanoi we still got great tips for food and nightlife. We can only recommend shark as a guide! For this reason we booked a trip to Ha Long Bay with him.
The tour on Tuesday, February 25th was informative, educational and stimulating. It started with the Tran Quoc pagoda and ended with the Hoa Lo prison. The tour guide Hai had a good command of the English language and was knowledgeable, personable and very friendly. The driver drove safely and skillfully in the heavy Hanoi traffic. The restaurant for the traditional Vietnamese meal was well chosen.
