Nice trip

The trip was well organized, comfortable, and gave us a great overview of Hanoi in a short time. The guide was friendly and knowledgeable, and we enjoyed visiting the main highlights, tasting local food, and experiencing the city’s culture. Highly recommended for cruise passengers with limited time.

Guide Never Showed Up

We waited over 1hr. and 45 min. for our guide at the Halong Bay (Hanoi, Vietnam) cruise terminal and no one ever showed up. We ended up hiring another guide for less money at the port and had a much longer private tour than we had booked with Viator. In all it worked out just fine. We have two more tours booked at our next two cruise ship ports. We are hoping things work out better in the future.
