Timeliness of service

Really excellent company (we traveled both to and from the airport with them), they contacted me on WhatsApp and confirmed all of the details and times and everything worked out perfectly. Really handy to be able to pay on the card rather than using cash and you know the exact cost (there have been some taxi scams in Hanoi). Car was really nice and clean and the driver was very helpful with our luggage.

An average airport pickup service

The operator is helpful and always replied to me very quickly. However, the driver was just fine. He was driving and using one hand to check Google Map and to type text messages... this is scary especially it’s raining and dark.

Transfer to Airport

Driver on time very courteous, the Vehicle was very clean and tidy, arrived at the Airport with plenty of time to spare.
