The guide didn’t show up and the barcode for the tickets was invalid. I have messaged them 3 times and they have not responded
Incredible experience with Boris. Very knowledgeable and provides insights to help explain what was happening at the time of the paintings to influence them. Be careful on the times- the museum chases people out at 545 and the Viator tour suggested we would have up through 7
