The Erawan Museum was aimed to serve as a showcase of the spirit of Asia where the essence of arts and 4 major religions have been preserved in order to make known to Asian people Erawan's name means rain, raincloud, rainbow. This is reflected in the myth that Indra would ride the Erawan Elephant and bestow rain upon the earth. The Erawan Museum is sectioned into 3 levels, which are the underworld, the human earth, and heaven. The third part of the museum's lowest level or the underground is called Suvarnabhumi and the second level is the human earth, while the third level located inside the elephant's body is heaven.

The Erawan Museum is well known for its giant three-headed elephant art sculpture as exterior. This is the first and biggest hand-carved sculpture in the world. The Ancient City or Muang Boran is a huge open air museum shaped in the form of Thailand where you can see many important buildings like temples, palaces and the ruins of ancient cities from the history of Thailand from early history to present day. The buildings are replicas of the originals scaled down to about one third of the original, some buildings however are the original that were demolished and build up again in the ancient city Muang Boran. In the vast park located in Samut Prakan some 30 kilometers from Bangkok you can follow Thai history and culture from the different empires and Kingdoms that existed here, like Lanna, Sukhothai, Ayutthaya and Rattanakosin. If you have any interest in Thai history and culture, this private tour with is an absolute must. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish, and our guide Lili deserves every bit of praise I can offer. Lili was the perfect blend of warm and professional. Her depth of knowledge about Thai history and culture brought every site to life in a way that no guidebook ever could. She was genuinely engaging, took time to answer our questions thoughtfully, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than transactional. One thing that really stood out: Lili went above and beyond to capture the experience for us, taking plenty of photos throughout the tour so we could be fully present in the moment rather than worrying about getting the shots ourselves. Such a thoughtful touch. Practical logistics were also handled beautifully. Knowing how unpredictable Bangkok traffic can be, Lili built ample time into our schedule so we could depart the city with ease and still make it back to our hotel stress-free. That kind of foresight and care for her guests speaks volumes. This was a wonderful way to close out our time in Bangkok. The guides are very good and the shops in the middle of the lunch are reasonably priced. There is no special stunning thing about Love Bay. Ilan's Five Peaks Flag Falls are more humorous

Lily was our guide and she was excellent and attentive to our needs! She took us to the highlights including a drive through the park. We had flights out that evening, so we let her know that we needed to maximize our time and be back by 3:30pm to our hotel. Lily managed the time perfectly, so we saw all the key highlights. Highly recommend her as your guide to Erawan Museum and Ancient City. She even took pictures of us and delivered them via WhatsApp!

Both exhibitions provided an opportunity to experience the Thai culture and were both positive. Andre the guide was knowledgeable and client focused and we could not be happier. The Meal at the ancient city was pleasant and reflected real thai food. Overall, it was a great day.

They were on time & we were lucky we didn’t waste much time on Bangkok traffic. The tour guide was nice & helpful but his English was broken so it was tough to understand him sometimes but in general it was great trip & I highly recommend it if you have time in Bangkok. Great photo place that holds interesting architecture.
