After leaving Lyon, your first destination will be the medieval town of Perouges. Upon arrival, you will appreciate the medieval buildings with wooden facades preserved over time, walking through its narrow streets your guide will tell you about the stories of its streets and we will help you visit the main square, its 1792 Freedom Tree and the Old Perouges. We will take a break and taste the best culinary dishes offered by the town in a small restaurant. Later we continue to the city of Annecy where you will meet your official tour guide for a 2 hours guided tour. You will visit the most important monuments of the town, such as the Island Palace located over the Thiou River. was a good day in Annecy. driver picked up in Lyon and took to meeting spot in Annecy. They were flexible to end up skipping perouges and spending more time in Annecy instead given traffic issues and distances involved, which worked out better for us anyway. Guide in Annecy provided excellent recommendations for the extra free time in the city. description when booking could be more accurate for what this trip ended up being.

Excellent tour of Annecy and Geneva. We were picked up at our hotel in Lyon then transported to Annecy, toured around the area with a very good local guide who met us there. The vehicle used was a large Mercedez bus , brand new with all possible amenities of a luxury bus. After a few hours touring Annecy, we went directly to Geneva, crossing the border with ease and no checkpoint. Geneva ‘s guide took us on a 2-hour city tour with lots of coverage of historical facts and stories. Very interesting history or Geneva which we hadn’t known before. It was an eye opening history about this amazing city. All in all, this company is truly first class service and highly reliable. Definitely recommended to anyone seeking a tour around Lyon.
