The tour was pleasant and instructive, our guide Zlatko is very prepared, very kind, very helpful and patient (basic requirement when traveling with children).
It was a memorable tour. The guide Jimmy was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure that we were comfortable during the entire tour.
This day trip from Skopje to Pristina was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all expectations! From the moment we were picked up, everything was smooth, comfortable, and incredibly well-organized. Our guide, Olivia, was exceptional – knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of both North Macedonia and Kosovo. She shared fascinating insights throughout the journey, made sure we felt welcome, and answered every question with enthusiasm and depth. Our driver, Igor, was professional and courteous, making the drive feel safe and relaxing. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and we were never rushed at any point. Highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of the region. Thank you Olivia and Igor for an unforgettable experience!
I recommend this daytrip to Pristina both to visit a pretty city and learn a lot about the Balkans along the way. Zarko was a great guide and driver and he provided so much information on Kosovo and its place in the history of the Balkans. We spent several hours in Pristina, a charming city mixing old and new. Old Ottoman era Mosques blend in with modern architecture. We spent three days in Skopje and this was the highlight of that trip.
Vladimir was absolutely fabulous. Extremely knowledgeable and informative. He answered all my crazy questions with ease and a little humor. He was also a great driver. Other than the extreme heat, everything was perfect.
Tour was really nice, on the way to Prishtina our guide gave a lot of information about Kosovo - history, culture and we had really nice conversations. Our guide was amazing, positive, smart, we had great time on this trip. Weather was bit rainy, but we still managed to see main sightseeing spots of Prishtina and we really enjoyed. Thank you for this experience!
We cannot have been happier with our choice to book this tour! Our tour guide was phenomenal and picked us up on time in a very clean car. It was a hot day and the air conditioning was great and he was very much concerned about our comfort throughout the entire tour. we had asked if we could also see Prinzen as we had read that in other reviews for this tour. He explained that it was possible, but there would be an up charge. That was totally fine with us and we talked through what was important to us and what wasn’t. He was able to adjust the tour to fit our particular interests Special. As we were ahead of schedule, he offered to drive through the mountains on the way back. The weather was great, so this was a possibility the day of our tour. We were so glad we did! The views were absolutely spectacular!
They only care about the money and only refer to some paragraph in their terms and conditions instead of informing the customer up front
To make it clear to readers that it is you not being informed about where you can travel with the passport, not us responsible for what happened. You booked a tour to Kosovo with us, your companion had a Russian passport (not stated anywhere). On Kosovo border crossing, Russian passport was not allowed to enter. The guide kindly offered to take you on another tour or activity but you decide that you want to be taken back to hotel. Next day you ask to be refunded saying we didn’t inform you upfront. We denied your refund request (and received this 1 star rating after that) because: - It is clearly stated in our Terms and conditions about cases as yours (it is your responsibility to check what kind of documents you have to hold in order enter ) - The driver/guide has offered to take you on another activity or tour but you asked to be taken back to hotel directly, saying you are aware it is your mistake not checking upfront - You have never asked from us, prior the tour, to check for you if Russian citizens are allowed to enter Kosovo (which again is not our responsibility as clearly stated in our Terms and conditions, but we would have checked for you). Additionally, you have booked with a german number and name; so we can not foresee you have a Russian passenger traveling with you - In a high season, where we are with limited availability, we have booked (kept exclusively for you) a car and guide for the day and could not send it on another tour Lastly, do you think the hotel or flight company will refund in the same situation? I suppose you wouldn’t even ask there ….
If it were possible to give Zlatko a 6 star rating I would. He was punctual, an excellent driver, extremely knowledgeable and caring. We had a fantastic day and learnt so much. I would not hesitate to recommend this trip.
Had a great day with my tour guide, Smile. He has great knowledge of Kosovo/Pristina and specifically art history as well as current events.
