We actually never did this as there was a mix up with our date/time. I changed from the original schedule which apparently did not officially go thru on the app in Moorea (spotty connection even w hotel wifi). This company was not sympathetic or flexible and told us we would receive no refund and go make another reservation if we wanted to go on the experience in the future.
Bonjour, pour une fois je réponds en français car je ne souhaite pas que mon niveau en anglais pénalise ma réponse. Vous avec réservé pour le 28 juillet à 10h30, comme vous le savez nous faisons uniquement des tours privés, nous vous avons attendus et vous n'êtes pas venus, pendant ce temps notre guide et les E-Board vous étaient réservées. Plus tard dans la journée vous nous indiqué avoir modifié votre réservation pour le 29 à 14h00 mais nous n'avons eu aucun message de Tripadvisor à ce sujet, et de plus ce créneau était déjà pris. Je suis vraiment désolé pour vous que vous n'ayez pas apprécié de devoir refaire une reservation mais nous pensons sincèrement avoir agit avec bon sens.

Superb and unforgettable experience. Very original; it’s not every day that one has the opportunity to do eboard paddle. The board is easy to handle... we did the activity with our 12-year-old daughter who immediately mastered the device. But above all, what can be said about the landscapes and the color of the water... magnificent whether you look to the right, left, or below. Lucie and Benoit are lovely, and don’t think too long about the option for images and videos from a drone... it’s a direct yes... the result is top-notch.
For us, the excursion was canceled due to the weather. Nonetheless, I wanted to share my experience on the overall communication. Ben & Lucie were most helpful in answering every one of our questions prior to making the bookings. They were very detailed and communicative on all things needed to ensure all my concerns were addressed. They'd even notified us ahead of time that the weather might not be good the evening before, so we won't be caught last minute. Unfortunately, we didn't stay in Moorea long enough to rebook this activity but just the pre-excursion experience is extremely positive that if we were to visit Moorea again or if we have friends who will visit the island, I will definitely recommend them.
Lucid and Ben were amazing! Lucie was a thoughtful and thorough guide while Ben manned the drone and took amazing videos. E-boards are very easy to maneuver and lots of fun. Highly recommend this tour for something a bit different to do!
it took me a long time to find this experience as it wasn’t listed as one of the top ones on the island. We rode a bike 27 miles around the island to get there. I would say the gentleman I believe his name was Jeff who ran the company was very polite and helpful. I would say that woman who took us on the actual trip as a guide was a little bit too aggressive and demanding and lack passion. The first problem we had was when they told me I could not wear my water shoes as a person from a state that often dives and is often around coral I like to have my water shoes on this turned to be a physical injury by not having them on. The location was beautiful. The trip was beautiful until I fell off at this time. There was no concern from the guide as to whether I was OK only that I was not moving in that meant to my feet must be touching the ground or coral in her opinion reality was I fell off the second time and tried to get back on. I had broken my ribs and cut my foot up on the coral underneath, but again her only concern seem to be that my feet may be touching the ground not that I was out of air from being knocked out of my ribs when they were fractured and hit the board and couldn’t move and couldn’t talk just that I needed to watch my feet and this was barked at me a few times overall I would recommend the trip but I would wear water shoes up until the snorkeling time. I would hope that maybe I just caught the guide on a bad day. By the way the pictures they took and sent us were fantastic.
Super welcome from Benoit and Lucie We had a great time and had the opportunity to see turtle, shark and ray Lucie took us to an amazing place for snorkeling Lucie taught us and showed us lots of things! An activity worth it! Thank you for this moment We look forward to the photos;)
This was a highlight of our 50 day trip across the South Pacific. Lucie and Ben were exceptional host guides. Be prepared for some of the most breathtaking scenery of your life. The snorkeling was wonderful and the electric paddle boards were so much fun and suitable for many ages. If you are considering this trip--just do it!
