Our guide Yesra was very professional and had good knowledge of the site. She would point out things to us that most people would walk past - it added to the value of what we were looking at and the history behind the location. Yesra would also step into an area where she could explain more fully the surroundings without having to compete with other tour groups and create confusion. She pointed out great little details along our tour that most people didn't pay any attention to.
