Located at the foothill of mount Kinabalu, Desa Dairy Farm offers one of the most amazing scenery one could envision. the cold and fresh air, the green field, the distinctive black-and-white patched coat of the dairy cows makes this place to be often described as the "little New Zealand " of Sabah. Apart from enjoying the amazing view, visitors also will have the chance to buy the fresh dairy products that is processed and manufactured there too. such as the gelato and definitely the fresh milk. There also will be an exhibition on how the staff taking the milk from the cow too.
Marakau village is located in Ranau town offering a real local country side view of Sabah. In this village , we will make a stop to one of the river for some " fish spa and feeding" activities. This is not like your average type of fish spa,it is more like fish massaging. There is a nice and colorful mix of fishes- Koi, Kelah, Tilapia all ready to nibble,suck and pull on your toes. Definitely a nie feeling
It is a Kinabalu Park head quarters where climb registration takes place. Apart from that it has a lot of trekking trails that offering view of the Borneo rain forest jungle.
A visit to Kinabalu Park will never be perfect without swinging by poring hot spring. Other than the natural hot spring main attraction at Poring Hot spring, there are also waterfall and butterfly garden inside it. Apart from relaxing soaking your foot in the hotspring, hiking to the canopy walk tree top also is one of the best thing to do also

Very convenient if you are travelling with kids since the tour is flexible and can be adjusted. Amazing guide (Nick).
Nick was our guide and he was fantastic...good driver, knowledgeable guide and great photographer---taking 85 photos in his own camera and sharing them with us to document the memories. Nobody watched the clock and we all happily went overtime. Whoever takes this tour with Nick will not be disappointed.
Great experience. Besides Desa Farm visit - which is nothing really interesting for Europeans, the tour is very well thought and organized. Botanical garden gives a refreshing temperature and is very interesting. Canopy walk takes some effort, but it’s reachable for most people and gives unforgettable memories. Hotspring relax was a bliss to my feet after canopy walk and fish spa is a surprising joy at the end. It is a long ride but the views are simply amazing!!!! Thank Nick for being such a careful and joyful driver!

Good experience! Next to Poring Hot Springs, the Canopy Walkway. At the end of my walk at the last suspension bridge, it was shaky and not safe. The polyester ropes seems to give way throughout the years (probably require to re-install for the safety standard).
I booked a 2 day tour for 2, (me with my Mom). My 80 year old Mom and I enjoyed the trip very much. Joel , our guide throughout the 2 days was very attentive, turned up on time on every occasion and very patient and courteous. He made sure everything went on time and smoothly, from meal times to checking in and out , and driving the full journey. He was also very well read and knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna, including the Latin names of the different plant species - something which could only be acquired if you have a deep interest. I would certainly recommend him for trips to Sabah, and will look for him to guide future trips there. All the Best to you Joel and Thank You So Much for a magnificent trip. Desa Dairy Farm offers a great view. Its breezing cold wind makes you feel great. It is known as little New Zealand (what people say). It worth a visit and definitely kids will enjoy it very much.
Excellent ride! Five platforms allowed for a long fun ride. They had great safety measures and wonderful employees. Loved it! My adult son and I enjoyed this tour while we visited him in Washington!
The trip was amazing. Joe took me by his land cruiser car and showed me Mt Kinabalu. We had great lunch and enjoyed poring hot spring. This place is quite similat w/ hot sprinf in Melbourne. I love it. Absolutely recommend it to everyone to take it.
