- One hour waiting time on international arrivals, after that, there is a charge for waiting time. We do accept major credit cards, and do not insist on cash payments. Receipts are provided upon requested
- Child seats are required for children 8 and under by law and and not provided by the local supplier
- When selecting a vehicle size, please consider the storage capacity for luggage based on number of passengers. For larger groups with larger items, multiple vehicles may be more appropriate
- Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five passengers per sports utility vehicle

Fantastic customer service. Very helpful even though I was literally "at sea" and had limited WiFi to coordinate our pickup. They were so helpful and flexible when we had to move up our pickup time. Highly recommend our drive Jose. Communicated with us to coordinate perfect pickup at the cruise terminal which was a madhouse of humanity.

We booked a ride transfer from our hotel to Miami airport. I prepaid up front $120. The evening before the transfer, I received a text message from the driver telling me that there were additional fees of $23.75 that had to be paid in cash. $13.75 was for airport entrance and tolls and another $10 for a holiday fee. Given that I had prepaid for the transfer, no notification was given to me that there would be additional fees, our hotel was less than 5 miles from the airport, there were no tolls, no additional fees paid and it was not a holiday, I will not use this particular vendor again (Miami VIP Car Services). The previous week we had booked a transfer through Viator, I prepaid as well and there were no additional fees (My Travel and Tours Co). Please watch who the third party is when booking and beware of the additional fees.

Our driver was Ferris. He did not practice good driving skills. He was driving too fast, not slowing down when it's clear traffic has come to a halt. He was swerving lanes and he crossed 3 lanes of traffic and we almost get hit 3 times. He is too old to be driving. I suffer with PTSD/Anxiety from car accidents. He made it all rise while in the vehicle with him. I am a good tipper and I did not think I needed to tip someone who put our life in danger. I was not happy at all. I don't leave bad reviews normally!

I had used your service already upon our arrival to Miami which I gave a great review. We did not book a round trip for our return to the airport due to uncertainty of number in group. I had to spend a great deal of time trying to book the trip on Sunday, the customer service was very rude, charged us a substantial bit more for the transport, would not accept that Viator had given me a 10% discount AND charged a $9 toll fee on top of our transport charge. It was ludicrous and definitely ended my time in Miami on a negative note.
