Experience in the car was a little rough wife was car sick because of the excessive hard breaking every 5 minutes. And I will give you the hot tip if you are heading to airport for night time. Please give yourself plenty of time it took us 2.5 hrs to get from patong to the airport made the plane by 20 minutes
My experience went very smoothly. I had scheduled time to be picked up. Well my schedule changed finished up about 4 hrs earlier. I called the company the last minute to see if they could come earlier. They were able to accommodate me and get another shuttle out get me last minute notice.
