Bow Falls is one of Banff’s signature viewpoints—a wide, powerful waterfall located just minutes from Banff town and the historic Fairmont Banff Springs. Unlike the tall, plunging waterfalls of the Rockies, Bow Falls spreads dramatically across the Bow River, creating a thunderous, foaming cascade that’s especially impressive in spring and early summer. The short riverside trail offers close-up views, gentle walking paths, and beautiful angles for photography. Surrounded by rugged cliffs, flowing glacier water, and distant mountain peaks, Bow Falls is an accessible, family-friendly stop that perfectly captures the beauty of Banff National Park. Great tour. They efficiently get you into Moraine Lake and show you many other beautiful stops all in a single. Our guide Arun was very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
Fantastic private trip around the Banff and Lake Louise area taking in many of the key locations, including Lake Moraine. This was a private tour with the four of us and our own guide – the wonderful Vani, in a luxury large SUV. She was extremely helpful and knew exactly how to get us to all the locations at just the right time and where possible to avoid queues. Access to Moraine is always a little tricky – but so much easier with a private operator, so we did not have to worry about trying to book via the Parks Canada system. The tour is not necessarily cheap but is a great way to see the sites without having to worry about full parking lots, and as such is worth the extra expense.
Micaela is phenomenal! She is friendly , knowledgeable, and very helpful .
We had a fantastic day with Micaela as our guide. She was easy and interesting to talk to, took us everywhere we wanted to go, and showed us some spots we never would have known about. She did not rush us at all and made the day very relaxed, fun, and easy. Pickup and dropoff took place directly at our AirBnB address so it could not have been easier. The vehicle was modern, spacious, and comfortable. This is definitely a great way to explore an area that is known for high crowds, limited parking, and too much to see on your own. Thanks again Micaela for a great tour and a memorable experience.
We had a great trip! Robyn was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the area. We highly recommend!
My family and friends did the private tour with Micaela. She and the tour were awesome. We had various levels of fitness and she made it very easy for us to customize. It is a long day but well worth it. So many beautiful places with excellent photo opportunities.

Amazing tour!! Our guide Kieran was knowledgeable, engaging and so fun! Our family had a great day and saw some amazing sites with ease and convenience! Would highly recommend this tour!
If you want to see all the best sites in and around Banff in a single day, this is your tour. We saw Bow Falls, Lake Louise, Lake Moraine, Lake Peyto, Bow Lake, Johnston Canyon, Bow Valley Parkway and more. We also saw a large black bear and horned sheep in the process. Hikes, incredible views and very educational with a guide that knows a lot about local animals, flowers and history. Our guide, Robyn, was amazing and her energy and commitment to our learning about this beautiful place was amazing. She has just started doing these tours but it felt like she has been doing them forever. We had the best time. As an aside, we were scheduled to start our tour at 7:00 am. There was a terrible accident that shut down the Trans Canada Highway 1 for several hours preventing our guide (all the guides) from being able to reach any clients in Banff for a few hours. Robyn was in constant contact and we ended up starting at 11.00 through zero fault of our guide or the company. Despite that it has nothing to do with them (stuff happens) Robyn killed herself to squeeze in 95% of our itinerary in a 9 hour unforgettable experience. Her energy and enthusiasm was infectious. And to boot, the company gave us a 50% discount on our private tour because it was disrupted by this large highway-closing accident despite the fact that it was not their fault at all. We did not expect it and we did not ask for that at all. But we did really appreciate it. The quality of the tour and that level of professionalism because the tour was disrupted regardless of cause is why you should sign up for this tour if you are looking for a one day immersion in all things Banff etc. That was such a professional response that although it was not necessary made us conclude that we would never use another company when in Banff. Well done all around!
