Not a guided tour as limited English. Taken to a Carpet shop not on itinerary. Itinerary not followed and quite inconsistent. Save your money and negotiate a tour by taxi

Very little English. No narrative. None at all. Got us in the Mosque, but no direction. Nice enough, but we expected some information on the city and sights.
We paid more money for a guided tour but got only a driver and almost zero guided information. Communication to rejoin the car after the mosque was not good as we were almost stranded and did not know where to rejoin our driver. the vehicle was comfortable.
We booked this private tour for the one day our cruise ship was in Casablanca. We had some confusion over the pick up location. The driver (Jamal?) was apparently not permitted to come on to the port property and, luckily, after a bit of a panicked phone call, we were able to meet him at United Nations Square where the shuttle buses dropped cruise passengers off. There was one other minor hiccup: our driver provided us not with tickets but with cash to buy tickets at the Hassan ll Mosque and he did not give us enough money. We again had to call him and he did return immediately and connected us with this supervisor who took us through the crowds into the mosque. It was all a bit confusing but it worked out in the end. The rest of the tour was fine. Jamal was happy to take us to whatever sights we wanted to see and he did show us lovely traditional restaurant for a light lunch.
