A beautiful tour with Francesca! My husband and I booked a one hour tour of Isola del Garda departing from Salo. She’s a local from Salo so she was filled with wonderful information about the lake and surrounding areas. Bee Boat provided excellent details for parking as well as the meeting place which is super easy to locate. There are several different boat excursion options available to suit your price range or the amount of time you wish to spend on the lake. It also sounds as if they will also tailor a special excursion to your group as well. Full disclosure, I am a travel advisor with Fora Travel and although this excursion was booked for personal enjoyment, I will absolutely recommend Bee Boats to my clients visiting Lake Garda!
My wife and I took a 2 hour island tour with Marco and it was terrific. He is knowledgeable about the history of the lake and explained everything beautifully. The scenery, of course, is outstanding, the boat is very comfortable, and we even got to swim. We would definitely go again!
My sister and I were in holiday in Lake Garda a week ago, with my parents who were celebrating 50 years of marriage. Their desire to have a luxury boat cruise was fulfilled and we saw them abroad a beautifully polished blue boat called Prestige with experienced Captain Pierre at the helm. They went for an hour and were raising glasses of prosecco cleverly on magnetic coasters on the side of the boat. They were taken from Gardone (a special request only) around Isola del Garda and a couple of other towns before coming back into harbour at Gardone. Pierre was a brilliant guide we hear and knowledgeable of history of the Lake and surrounding area. Despite an hour trip, this was described by my parents afterwards as unforgettable experience they will relive for rest of their days. I wish I was on it with them Thank you, Pierre, for a great experience for them. Till next time!
We had a hugely disappointing experience. The price for our 4 hour tour (which was actually 2.5 hrs on the boat and 1.5 hrs having lunch on our own in Sirmione) plus a 2hr sunset tour the next day was exorbitant for what we received. The tours were advertised as featuring wine and other beverages, but nothing was offered. It was basically a private water taxi. When we questioned the cost, the captain threatened to call the police if we did not pay immediately. If you are interested in hiring a private boat on Lago di Garda, do yourself a favor and select another company.

Instead, it is fair to warn readers that the tripadvisor profiles: Laura H, G3311PJlaurah, laurahY4495VV, are clearly organized and agreed for the sole purpose of bringing my business and reputation as a business owner into disrepute. WARNING!!! This was the biggest waste of money! I want to warn all other tourists about private boat excursions with Bee Boat Service. They do not provide what they advertise or promise. They promised the boat would be equipped with a "frigo bar with renowned drinks and bottles of wine." We were never offered anything. We eventually asked on the first day if they had anything to drink, and we were offered fanta soda but told there was no water. When we asked for something to drink on the second day, we were handed an already opened warm bottle of water and plastic cups. I have done many private boat tours in Italy and Croatia and this was by far the ABSOLUTE worst experience. This was nothing more than an obscenely over-priced water taxi. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!
Hi Mrs.Laurie, I won't spend much time or words on you since this negative review is proof of your inability to keep in touch with reality. After roughly 200 positive reviews, anyone reading this can easily tell that if anything was wrong, it was you. With you we were flexible about everything, including the request to reschedule the tour because you feared a bad weather day. We have rescheduled from Friday to Saturday as requested, you show up late to the meeting and departure point but we have not shortened the tour. If a group of 7 people is not satisfied with the tour taken the previous day, they do not come back the next day (Sunday) to go ahead with the other scheduled reservation, but via a phone call or an email they ask for explanations on a bad service received. The many fake reviews (even through fake accounts created ad hoc) that you are having fun writing to discredit our hard work for years, will only serve to make the reader better understand what kind of people we had to deal with. Only when you understood that the pilot would have called the competent authorities, if you had not paid us what was due, did you pay what the agreements were made. This is shameful! in decades of activity we had never encountered such an audacity. Who knows what other boat tour providers could tell us about you... you write that you have found best boat services elsewhere, we assure you that fortunately we too have met more honest customers who have been able to deal with problems by expressing them and not only afterwards, like keyboard lions and false declarations.
We had a delightful morning with Beeboat Tours. Their boat is beautiful, like a work of art. Our captain was delightful, engaging and informative. The tour was a highlight of our trip.
Fantastic comms from the team before, where to park and loo facilities nearby etc. We got stuck in terrible traffic and they moved the next appointment back 30 mins to accommodate us. Outstanding. The tour was excellent. The friendly skipper is local and was able to answer all our questions about the history of the incredibly beautiful buildings around the lake. Highly recommended.
The captain was from the first moment very helpful and kind to give me all the information and advice on the different tours She conveys a passion for her work and you can see that she cares that everything is perfect for her clients We also had a great time looking for the date available for the boat ride! He warned us in time for a sudden storm and we were able to find immediately on another perfect day to be able to make the rounds Beautiful day, beautiful tour, all super!
A truly unforgettable experience that we will remember and cherish for the rest of our lives. I arranged with Capt Mirco to propose to my girlfriend on his amazing boat with a tour of Lake Garda and everything was absolutely perfect. He was able to guide us through sights of the island in the first half of the tour, then stopped the boat and gestured me for the perfect moment to pop the question - for which he was also happy to take some incredible photographs overlooking the castle. He was so invested in my ‘mission’ and had a bottle of chilled Prosecco on hand for us to celebrate. Thank you so much Capt Mirco!!
