Nice to be able to ride a boat without a license! The maneuvers are simple and you can enjoy the sea freely. However the organization leaves something to be desired, our reservation was not noted / taken into account. You needed the passport but it wasn't noted on the reservation, and you have to pay extra fuel knowing that you already pay more through Viator...
We had an amazing time renting a boat in Benalmádena with this company. From start to finish, the communication was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We initially booked for 2 hours, but during the rental we asked if it was possible to extend and the company were more than accommodating, offering a very reasonable rate to continue our adventure. The whole process was smooth and easy, even without a boat licence. Cruising along the coast and jumping into the crystal-clear water was such a memorable highlight. A perfect way to enjoy the sea and sunshine at our own pace. 100% recommend this company if you're visiting the area we’ll definitely be booking again. Thank you for a brilliant experience!
Booked month in advance, received a message the evening before, that we might not be good to go because of weather…which is thoughtful and ok. Received confirmation next day we re good to go, took a taxi from Málaga (35 EUR), only to be told at the harbour we can t have the boat! Absolutely scam, we think they just double booked the boat and let us down. Never ever again with that company. Thanks good the company next to them were so kind to rent us a boat with an even better deal
According to Spanish regulations, boats in the category without a license are prohibited from sailing, when the weather conditions are of winds force three or with a height of waves greater than half a metre. If we had made the rental we could have been sanctioned by the maritime authorities. We assume that you went out on a higher category boat and with a skipper, that is, a charter. It is impossible that any unlicensed boat company will rent him a boat since his life and that of the occupants would be in danger, anyway, if that was the case, please tell us what company it was since we will bring it to the attention of the maritime authorities. On the other hand, all our boats are geo referenced and we can show that we do not make any more reservations throughout the day. I can also demonstrate with yesterday's weather forecasts of a maritime buoy located in Benalmádena that marked a swell height greater than 1 m. Bye
When we arrived the staff were very approachable, polite and friendly. The company’s communication was commendable, they kept in touch as and when needed which made the experience enjoyable too. Me and my boyfriend had a lovely time on the boat, the views were beautiful and we had lots of fun driving the boat. Unfortunately we didn’t see any dolphins, but it was still an enjoyable experience.
What a day!! One we won't ever forget that's for sure! Our boat was comfortable and spacious and we made it quite a distance and had so much fun. Our steering ended up breaking unfortunately but our guide Alex was on call and came to save the day :) He got us back to the harbour safely and we got to relax on our boat in the sunshine on the journey back. Alex went above and beyond to make our experience as positive as he could and we're super grateful! Would recommend this activity to anyone and we'll be doing it again when we're back :) Thanks for everything Alex 💖✨️

Started a bit off by the guy being late and the sunshade not being good enough to put it up… but we got the speakers to work, got nice weather and got to see dolphins. All in all good experience, although this is one of the most expensive businesses of the boat rentals. So maybe check another.
Lamentamos mucho que su actividad se retrasara un poco pero nuestro instructor tenia que colocar la sombrilla ( los clientes anteriores la habían dañado y teníamos que repararla) para que ustedes estuvieran protegidos del sol. Por otro lado nos alegra mucho que vieran delfines y entendemos sobre el precio que lo que quiere decir es que si se contrata en puerto es más económico porque todas las empresas alli tenemos un precio similar marcado obligatorio. Tambien debe tener en cuenta que el precio marcado en el puerto es sin gasolina incluida.
The young lad down there was super friendly, showed us how the boat worked, took us out to the entrance to the marina and we took it from there, we managed to get quite a distance before heading back, would definitely recommend, weather was fantastic as well
A fantastic experience. My first experience of this type. We went with family and friends. We went in three boats and had a great time. The staff was super attentive, they gave us all the necessary information so that we could enjoy the experience. We will repeat. 100x100 recommended
Warning! They don’t tell you anything helpful in your tutorial, not that it might cause sickness, how to tackle the waves etc. they advertise it to beginners with no proper training. Also, I suggest turning up at the port and booking it with the service instead of these guys who show up on google. I booked it for 3 hours and got sick in the first hour, had they told me I would have taken pills. They then offered no flexibility or part refund and just we can’t do anything. And it booked it for my husbands birthday. I get their rules but I think people need to take a case by care approach sometimes. Very inhuman owner and purely bcus of the heartless owner I do not recommend giving your money to him, find someone else on the port. Thank you to César who actually tried to help us out but the owner had the last word and didn’t offer any flexibility to return on another day or later in the day. Update: the owner responded very rudely to my google review blaming me, telling me im selfish and so on. Very horrible owner. my response to him. As you can see from the response of the owner how inhuman they really are. I never blamed you for my sickness, that can happen regardless of how many cm it is. And offering someone another day, a voucher to use on a future visit or something is the most decent thing to do. I never said remove your future bookings, only to help me and think with me where the outcome is fair. Comparing it to a cinema ticket isn't the same because that doesn't cost 170EU and if it did Im sure they'd be more considerate than you. Im in shock that you'd let someone spending 170EU go by so easily in this current economy, clearly you are money hungry and unfortunately for me money doesn't grow on trees. I travelled in for my husbands birthday, spent the money to make it special and sadly got sick and you made it worse. And 100% it is you because your staff on site was so nice, helpful and considerate and also thought it was super unfair that you didn't want to help. To be honest, from your response to me people will see who and how you are, and hopefully know to give their money to someone else on the port, someone who has a heart and isn't money greedy.
Me parece sorprendente leer sus palabras, en primer lugar no tenemos culpa ninguna si se mareo durante su actividad ya que el mar tenia una altura de olas de 0.1 metro, es decir, 10 centímetros!!!! lo que consideramos en náutica como condiciones excepcionales de navegación. Sentimos mucho que no pudiera terminar su actividad pero usted tiene que entender que no puede presentarse 2 horas más tarde (cuando ya se le ha quitado el mareo que no es una enfermedad como usted a dicho , si no un mareo) y pretender que le quitemos el barco a otra familia que tiene prevista su actividad para dárselo a usted( en mi opinión es una actitud muy egoísta). Usted tiene que tener en cuenta que tenemos reservas durante todo el día con periodos de media hora entre alquileres para limpieza del barco y repostaje y no había horas libres durante el día y sucesivos. Creemos que no ha tenido una buena actitud y más cuando sorprendentemente nos amenazó con una mala reseña si no accedíamos a sus deseos en varias ocasiones, pues bien, esta cumpliendo su palabra.... Esperamos que disfrute de lasvacaciones y tenga una buena vida. Para nuestra empresa es usted persona non grata por intentar favorecerse personalmente con amenazas de reseñas y no importándole que otros clientes se vieran perjudicados por su actitud. Si usted mira las reseñas tenemos mas del 95% "5 estrellas", a lo mejor tiene que mirarse hacia dentro y juzgarse a si misma. En la vida hay que ser buena persona y actuar con el prójimo tal como nos gustaría que actuasen con nosotros.
