From pickup to drop off, this was an exceptionally pleasant experience. The driver George was polite, informative and kind. Would highly recommend.
They were very thorough, sending text with complete instructions and photos of what car would look like.
I was impressed with Igor, he sent me a WhatsApp with details of the meeting point, as well as the colour and registration of his car, the day before. On the day he reiterated the instructions. He drove safely, had sweets, tissues and a bin in the vehicle.

I had to call the provider to get pickup information, then we had to wait 15 min for the driver to arrive.
Ilya was on time and waited for our delayed plane. He loaded all our bags and would not let me help. Very nice. He also helped with our stroller. I then left very expensive sunglasses in the car. I called, and he happily returned them 2 hours later. I tipped him well as we all should.

Driver contacted us and had a sign after border control. Super easy connection and then he gave us tips the entire drive to our hotel. Excellent experience!
Terrible they would not refund me. Very disappointing because within my stay between Australia and New Zealand we had booked about 10 tours with them all of them was good. But for some reason I’m not sure what happened I had put the hotel to be dropped off in Queens Town hotel in Auckland. I called when we were in Sydney cause it was strange I didn’t get any text or notification. They said it said Sydney airport pickup not Queenstown New Zealand. I tried to switch it over to queens town but they couldn’t. Which was sad if they looked it had an Auckland hotel. Anyways they said thank you for letting them know so they didn’t have to pick anyone up. They could have refunded us but they didn’t. Honestly I think we should have been refunded Cause the hotel was there and it said New Zealand and we called to switch but no driver Available. We took a taxi. Over all though Viator is a good company to book tours.
Your booking was clearly made for a Sydney airport pickup — not New Zealand. We cannot move a booking to another country or make last-minute changes. This is why details must be checked before confirming. Calling us after the scheduled service date does not make it refundable.
