Pickup Locations & Times
Airport pickup: After your flight lands, please meet our airport greeter at the confirmed arrival meeting point at Phuket International Airport. The greeter will hold a name sign with the lead traveler name and help connect you with your driver. For international arrivals, the usual meeting point is near Gate 2 at the International Terminal. Final meeting instructions will be confirmed after booking.

- Maximum 4 luggage pieces allowed per SUV car due to space restrictions of the vehicle. Oversized or excessive luggage may have certain restrictions, Surcharges may apply should a larger vehicle be required at additional cost.
- If you have extra person rather than booked the additional fee is 500Bht payable to driver
- If no flight information given to us at least 24 hours before arrival -no refund will be made. Make sure you did not forget to give us the flight detail.

They are reliable . I was send simple instruction as to where to meet. Only problem is there would be a long list of names like perhaps 80-100 to see at the meeting place . That area is chaotic . Fuss free n simple plus friendly driver. Immigration at the airport was the only bad experience - no fault of theirs- not sure if that is bec people don’t want to pay for fast track that cause this issue. Even though immigration ( with screaming officer as a first impression of Phuket ) took some time n I hv factor 30 mins for this but it took longer . The driver did wait up for us with the delay immigration . Trustworthy n reliable !!! 😊

Excellent super comfortable vehicle. And on time. I had to change the right time to Retreads and there was no inconvenience to move the time.

Honestly a little disappointing. The pickup and driver was fine, but my flight was delayed but over an hour and a half and the immigration/passport control line took almost 2 hours to go through- so the company unexpectedly and sadly charged my another 500 baht ($20 USD). Very sad.
Terrible company. Complete NO SHOW! Nobody there to get us. No communication or response from the company at out arrival. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY.
There was a mix up with our bags. We flew in domestic, but our bags were international on and on the other side of the airport. No problem for them…they found us quickly and we were on our way! Would recommend !!

The driver never showed up. I tried to confirm the morning of via the chat feature on Viator and didn’t receive a response from the company. Messaged again once we landed and there was still no communication. No phone number or what’s app was listed to contact them directly. Contacted Viator customer service and they couldn’t connect with the company either. Basically stranded after a long day of travel. Had to get a Grab but finally made it to our hotel after a very stressful experience. Viator did issue a refund.
It was a fast and efficent process at the airport, I walked up and saw my name, then stood for another few minutes before I got into the car and transferred direct to my hotel
