We walked the line for 20 minutes. That was enough. Now I get to fight to get our $80 back. Messages started pouring in 27 minutes after our scheduled pick up. Avoid the headache...
Estimado David. Gracias por tu comentario, y ofrece mis una disculpa por el inconveniente, yo en tu caso me sentiría igual o peor que tú. Solo para dejar clara la situación. Estábamos esperando por ti en la salida de pasajeros a la hora indicada. Por alguna razón tú no vistes el rótulo, tu vuelo llego unos minutos antes de la hora prevista. Pasados 27 minutos, al no verte empezamos a llamar a un número que nunca respondiste, nos comunicamos a tu hotel para saber si estabas bien. Tomaste el transporte del hotel y nos dejastes esperando por ti. Finalmente cuando hice contacto contigo, en ese instante te dijimos que estamos haciendo una devolución de fondos por 100% de tu pago y que tomarías devolución 5 a 8’dias hábiles. Tú estuviste de acuerdo .
Transportation from the airport to San Salvador went very smoothly. The owner was very communicative prior to our trip, and provided us with information regarding our arrival. Our driver, Emmanuel, was in contact prior to arrival as well, and was present at the airport when we arrived. He was very helpful throughout and very easy to talk to during our travel to San Salvador. I would definitely recommend for transport from the airport!

Osmaro was my driver and couldn’t be more pleased. Was in contact with me immediately, and was waiting for me with a sign as soon as I hit the arrival hall. These private transport can be a pricier option but it’s nice to just show up and let Osmaro navigate! High recommend
