If your flight is international find your driver at gate 5 on the first floor, he/she will be outside the gate waiting for you and if the flight is domestic, the driver will be at gate 3.

- International arrivals: Driver will be waiting at Gate 5
- Domestic arrivals: Driver will be waiting at Gate 2
- Be aware: 1 - 3 pax the vehicle will be a sedan, 4 - 5 a minivan and +6 a van.
- If you choose the round-trip transfer, please make sure to send the departure transfer information, including the date, flight number, and the time you would like to be picked up.
- Suitcases must fit in the selected vehicle. If you believe they won't, please consider a bigger vehicle

My driver was on time and patient when my arrival was delayed due to customs. I would highly recommend.
My ride never showed up. I had to pay for a taxi. Called the contact number and it stated they were closed.
We attempted to contact you several times starting the day before your transfer, but unfortunately we did not receive any response. We also reached out via WhatsApp using the phone number provided in your reservation, but were unable to get in touch with you there either. Since we were unable to complete the service, we processed a full refund for your booking. For future reservations, we kindly recommend providing a phone number with WhatsApp and keeping an eye on your booking platform messages, as this allows us to quickly communicate any important updates regarding your service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Cesar was great for my ride from an AirBnB to the airport. He was super communicative and even showed up early. Gran Colombia tours is a great option for your transportation needs.

Cesar was a great driver, safe, friendly and welcoming. Both our flight and his previous transfer were delayed, and he was great at communicating with us so we were able to find him easily in the arrival area.
