We paid for a tour of Anne Frank’s house and a canal cruise. That is not what we got. James met us and he was very nice but informed us that we would be taking a walking tour of the Jewish quarter. He was very knowledgeable & did take his time. We choose the above because my husband has difficulty walking which led to the disappointment. I don’t think I will use trip advisor again. PS we did not get to tour Anne Frank’s house😢
It was a total bait and switch. I knew we needed to plan two months ahead to get tickets to the Anne Frank’s house and I did through Viator. Two weeks before our trip they cancelled our tickets and directed us to a different vendor. He literally just talked a bit about some history. We did not have access to the Anne Frank house or museum that we planned our trip around and it cost nearly $600 for our group of 6. Extremely disappointing.
This tour is wrongly named. It is not about Anne Frank at all. It is about the Jewish community during the holocaust. Our guide James was FANTASTIC! Very informative and interactive. Showed us so much that we would never have noticed on our own.
